Overview

Tmga HomeKeeper is designed to help you organize home-maintenance tasks, assets, service records, photos, and documents. The app does not require an account.

Information stored by the app

The information you enter—including asset details, tasks, notes, service records, photos, documents, and reminder settings—is stored locally on your device. Tmga HomeKeeper does not send this information to Tmiga.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, the app asks for permission to show notifications on your device. Reminder scheduling is handled on your device. You can change notification permission at any time in iOS Settings.

Backups and restore

You may create an encrypted backup from within the app. The backup file includes the information and attachments selected by the app for backup. You choose where to save the file and protect it with a password. Tmiga does not receive your backup file or password.

Restoring a backup replaces the current data in Tmga HomeKeeper on that device. Keep your backup file and password in a safe place.

Sharing and selling data

Tmiga does not sell, rent, or share your personal information or home-maintenance records.

Deleting your information

You can permanently remove the app’s local data using More → Delete all data. This action cannot be undone. Delete any separately saved backup files if you want to remove those copies as well.
